Had a little trouble but it worked out
So…. I had to wait for a LONG TIME before receiving my piece of jewelry however, it eventually arrived. To my disappointment, the piece looked cheap and very ugly so I wrote the company and they offered me to exchange it for another piece. I had several options and none of them were suitable for me so I wrote to them again, complaining that I did not like the options I received in order to exchange the piece.
Italo offered me yet another option just to make sure I was satisfied and I went ahead and was able to exchange it. Once I received the new piece, I was delighted!!! The piece is gorgeous and it goes well with the other rings I wear. The stones were clear, the craftmanship was of top quality and the customer service was excellent.

This is a horrible company!!
This is a horrible company!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Their customer service is horrible. All I have been trying to do is exchange a bracelet because the clasp does not work. It’s been months of emails and chats and they keep stalling me. $173 down the drain. They need customer service agents who are fluent in English if they are going to do business in the US.
Their customer service keeps dodging the issue and it’s been a couple months now. I don’t know what else to do!!
Don’t order, even though the quality of the product itself was good, the clasp was trash and the bracelet continuously fell off.

Hit or miss on their items
I have purchased 3 items from this company. 2 are absolutely beautiful. 1 is horrible, cloudy stones and obviously fake. To return, i have to pay postage and will only receive a partial refund since the item is technically not defective, I just dont like it. The amount refunded wouldn’t be worth the trouble to return it. This is disappointing.

Customer Service was prompt and outstanding. I made an error on shipping address and it was resolved immediately. Additionally, during a high demand time (Valentine’s Day) they made it clear that delays could be unavoidable, however, the shipment arrived 1 day early! The smile on my girlfriends face wearing this high quality jewelry is priceless.

I ordered a ring and paid $149.95 and it didn’t fit. I contacted Italo for a return authorisation. I paid for postage with a tracking number and they received it. However they only refunded me $108.94 instead of $149.95. Nobody has responded to my email. Disappointing!!!

The piece I found on Italo was the perfect gift for my daughter’s wedding. A sapphire ring for something new and something blue was selected. It was a stunning piece online and ever more beautiful upon arrival. The price was extremely affordable and reasonable. The ring arrived a bit later than I expected but in time for the ceremony. The customer service I experienced while checking in on the shipment was courteous and understanding. I will certainly be using this seller for future gift purchases.

Great customer service and beautiful rings
I bought the anniversary band with blue stones on the side and it is stunning. It is unique which I love. I get many compliments. Within a few months it lost a stone. Italo immediately replaced the ring although I had to pay $40 shipping. Same thing happened with the second ring. They offered to replace it again but I asked if I could have a different style (much to my dismay) since it must be a flaw in the ring that it keeps losing stones. I chose another style, this time it cost me $20. They sent me the same blue stone ring and immediately upon contacting them they sent me the correct ring (it’s beautiful) at no additional cost and did not ask for the other ring back. Customer service is exceptional my only complaint is paying so much for the replacement, $40 for a $100ish ring. I will buy from Italo again.

My husband purchased a ring for me for Christmas. Not knowing he needed to get a half a size larger. We contacted the company to make an exchange was told we needed to pay $20 for the exchange. We pay the $20 they never sent a return address for us to send the first reign to get the new one nor have they returned our phone call or emails. I had to pay the shipping costs to return it and they only gave a partial refund without any explanation. I ordered a ring that looked absolutely beautiful on the website. First of all, it took forever to get shipped. I tried contacting them a few times because I wanted to see my order status and I couldn’t get into my “account” with my password, even though it was correct. They sent me some temporary password that only worked ONCE and locked me out again. Still no ring…… Then, when they finally answered my email, someone from customer service wanted to send me “free” earrings as a consolation prize for waiting for so long. Well, I finally got my ring yesterday and IT WAS NOT the same ring I saw on the website. The ring doesn’t look anything like it, although the shape is somehow similar. It looks like a ring I get at one of those vending machines you put coins into. I have emailed them, of course, because I am not interested in keeping a ring that doesn’t even look like the picture on the website and the earrings they sent me, let’s say that they were even worse. One of them was bent and out of shape, of course, the stone fell off the mounting. I have not received an answer yet! Now, reading all these reviews I realize that I have to pay for shipping and perhaps, I won’t even get my full refund??? Gaw!!!!

I was afraid because my order took 16 working days to arrive, however, it does come from overseas and entails much more than domestic. The packaging was absolutely stunning! The rings were more beautiful in person than the picture online. I was so excited. I ordered mine a half size smaller because I also ordered my wedding dress 2 sizes smaller. So the ring only goes to my knuckle! But it is exquisite and classy sheic . Love it and you can’t beat the price for genuine stones. I will be ordering much much more!!!

Second time ordering their beautiful jewelry!
This is the second time I have ordered from Italo and have not been disappointed. Last year I received the asscher cut band and this year the baguette wedding band. Both are stunning! My order this year took alittle bit longer than last year … 3 weeks from date of order…but with shipping delays and the holidays it’s to be expected. The jewelry is exquisite and will definitely order from Italo again.

Roll the dice and try your luck
I ordered my ring using PayPal. PayPal had an old address for me. When I realized this and began tracking order, I contacted them. They were NO HELP at all. They told me to track it myself. Their shipper only communicates in Chinese. Finally, another agent in CA got the order and only due to USPS forwarding the order, did I actually get the ring. If you are OK with waiting for days for them to answer email, or not being able to return it, you might be OK. The ring itself looks good, but it took over a month to receive the order and they never helped. Never offered to re-ship the item to the correct address. Never helped to track it. Never offered to catch the order before it shipped.

It is now 2 month since the last update of my shipment . I contacted Ítalo and they just ask me to be patient , but 2 month without any news is not acceptable .
