After Sales Manerger at Donner Music

Responsibilities:

Develop and find global local maintenance service providers, manage and assess service providers, and ensure maintenance satisfaction;
Set up an overseas after-sales service system, assist the warehouse to complete the sorting and refurbishment of returned goods, and regularly output after-sales data;
Connect domestic development, research and development, quality, and do a good job in product quality control and after-sales VOC output;
Connect with the domestic supply chain, regularly provide spare parts demand, and ensure the consumption and safety of first-line spare parts

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years experience in overseas after-sales service management;
Have experience in the construction and management of overseas maintenance centers, after-sales spare parts management, and the construction and formulation of after-sales service systems and policies;
Hard-working, self-motivated, accept overseas business trips, and it is better to have research on musical instruments.
